"Friendly staff, but no follow-up"
The staff were nice enough and everyone smiled, which I appreciated, but the whole thing felt a bit rushed. It wasn’t a bad experience, just not very warm or personal. I also didn’t get any follow-up afterward, which was a little disappointing because it would’ve made me feel like they actually cared beyond the initial visit...

"Easy online order, just one little snag"
I ordered cupcakes from lancastercupcake.com the process was smooth. Compared to a lot of other bakery sites I’ve used, this one was way easier to get through—picking flavors, adding everything to my cart, and checking out didn’t feel like a whole project.

The only small issue was that I had to poke around a bit to double-check the pickup times, which could be made a little clearer. Still, it wasn’t a big deal, and overall it worked well enough that I’d definitely order online from them again.

I ordered a cake from lancastercupcake.com it was really fresh. The sponge was soft and moist, not dry at all, which I was a little worried about since it was delivered. Everyone at home loved it, and there was barely any left by the end. I’d definitely order from them again.

"Not exactly a cozy little cupcake stop"
The cupcakes were okay, nothing amazing, but the shop itself was kind of a sad little setup. It felt cramped, loud, and not very welcoming, and the tables were messy when we walked in. Definitely not the place to sit and relax. I’d probably just grab my cupcakes to go next time...

"That frosting really won me over"
I got the cupcakes my first thought was, okay, these look good. Then I tried the frosting and yep, that was the best part. It was really smooth and not overly sweet, which I always appreciate because too much sugar can be a lot. One of them had frosting that felt maybe a little thick, but I was still sitting there thinking, yeah, I’d definitely eat this again.

The cupcakes tasted good, so no complaints there, but the packaging was disappointing. The box felt flimsy, and a couple of the cupcakes were mashed on the side by the time they got to me. For what I paid, I expected them to show up looking a lot nicer. It was frustrating because I had to spend extra time trying to fix them up and make them presentable, which I really shouldn’t have had to do.

"Lots of flavors, kinda hard choosing"
I was looking around on Lancaster Cupcake and they had more flavors than I was expecting. There’s the normal chocolate and vanilla type ones, which is good, but then also some more fun flavors that I don’t usually see so much.
I’m doing 4 stars because a few of the ones I wanted were sold out when I looked, which was a little disappointing. But still, the choices are good overall, and I would probably order from them again...

I picked up some gluten-free cupcakes for my sister and thankfully they tasted really good, which was a relief because I always worry a bit with gluten-free treats. I was excited to try lancastercupcake.com, but it ended up being kind of disappointing. The cupcakes looked cute and all, but the flavor was really plain, and they didn’t taste as fresh as I was hoping for.
Ordering was easy, but once I was charged, I didn’t really get much of an update, which made the whole thing feel a little frustrating for the price. Maybe I just caught them on an off day, but I don’t think I’d order again...
